Living in Sussex with my wife, 3 daughters and our dog. By day you'll find me trying to reduce energy and carbon consumption in the largest data centres in world and at the weekend I'll be in the woods on my mountain bike.

I work in design and engineering for one of the largest data centre owners in the world

My Typical Day: My days are rarely the same, but they always start with good coffee. I am based from the office I built in my garden but I regularly travel around Europe and wider to help solve technical problems in our data centres, talk to our customers and to learn about new technology. My colleagues work in different countries so some days can start early or end late when working across different time zones.
