About the Millimetre Zone

Ruler with millimetre and centimetre marks | Image: Wikimedia

The millimetre is a unit of length in the metric system. There are one thousand millimetres in a metre, and ten millimetres in a centimetre. The smallest distance a human eye can see is about 0.04 millimetres, approximately the width of a human hair.

This is a general engineering zone where you will meet engineers working in a variety of different areas.
