      Both!
      I’m coach and club captain for my local team, between injuries I’m a fly half but am just nursing a broken foot (rugby related).

      I support the Llanelli Scarlets in the Pro12

      Bit of both, although less of the playing rugby nowadays (few too many injuries!!)
