      ooo thats a tricky one… I guess I’m still young, so I’d like to think the best is still yet to come! I guess my biggest achievement is where I’ve gotten to so far. I got a MEng degree with some awards along the way, funding to do my PhD, and getting involved in activities like this to inspire young people to study STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) subjects. At the moment I’m leading a project to publish a children’s book to inspire primary school children to become engineers which has been really fun! (see my profile for more info!)

      I don’t know that I can point to any one thing. Getting my MEng, then my PhD, and most recently my MEd all felt like big achievements at the time. Anytime we get funding for a project or have a breakthrough on a project that’s an achievement. Whenever one of my students graduates or gets a paper published, or presents at a conference, they are all achievements. I guess being able to do what I want in the job I have is a pretty big achievement!
