• Question: do you think you could combine all of your interests and make a cake themed around them ?

      I’ve never tried to do that but it sounds like a great idea! I think if I did, it would be some kind of space rocket shaped cake, I’ve wanted to make a space themed cake for a while. Then I’d have to include some lego somewhere and maybe something to do with Harry Potter too.

    That’s an interesting question. You know, I’d like to answer it like the Cookie Monster.. there are square cookies, round cookies, triangle cookies…. and when you eat them, its just one big cookie in my tummy. 😁

    I once made a cake that looked like the paper machine where I worked. The factory had a ‘family fun day’ and a bake off as part of it. I used mini swiss rolls to make the big hot rollers that dry the paper (usually about 1m diameter), and marzipan to represent the paper that winds around them. And of course, I built a mini cake power station for the background, because that was where I worked 🙂
