• Question: What has been your toughest experience?

      Working with people in difficult times is tough. I had to sack some people when the company was in difficutly and these are people who I had worked closely with. Very hard. Technical difficulties are a doddle compared to that. However I do enjoy working with people in good times. Regards Robin

      I had to work on a project with 3 other people and I found that one of the people just didn’t listen to anything anyone else said. It made it difficult for us all to agree on things we needed to do and slowed down our progress so we nearly missed our deadline. Sometimes you don’t always get on with other people you work with and it can be difficult to keep working as a good team.
