• Question: How long is your working day?

      I have a lot of flexibility with my time so I usually work around 8 hours a day. I get paid per month and not per hour so it is more important that my work is up to date than the number of hours I work. If I have a lot of work I may have to stay late, but if I have finished everything I can leave early. It is down to me to manage my own time effectively.

      I have a similar day to Charlie, I try to work for 8 hours a day but it depends what experiments I am running. I have to sometimes stay later because I have to run experiments so it could be 10 hours but I usually can have some time free. As long as I get my work done then it is ok 🙂
