• Question: what are you most proud of while doing this job

      Good question Martin- I am really proud to have only been at the company for 10 months and already have put maintenance systems in place that work well and have never been done before.

      These systems are contibuting to making our factory more efficient and flexible. This means we can meet our customers demands more easily.

      I am also really proud to work with really great people at the factory and to be part of a really great team!

      Hi Martin,

      I am proud of the first project I managed and completed for Heineken. Using my new ideas for a process I was able to save the company £2,000,000! This was on one factory, so in the future we can put this process into the other factories around the world to save even more money.

      Hi Martin,

      I am most proud of being able to talk about my work to students and also do open days for students like yourself to inspire them.

      I have only been working here for 8 months and have managed to balance studying and coming up with new ideas. I currently most proud of coming up with new ideas that will be able not be just used in food but also other things like cosmetics and drug delivery which is great! It will be very novel and apply to new future products.
