Do you mean in tissue engineering? I say steak but I really mean skeletal muscle.
Have you ever really looked at meat before cooking it? The way muscle fibres all are aligned, how fat runs through it, how connective tissue holds it all together to give that beautiful ‘bite’. Muscle is so complex in the way it forms, regenerates and then for meat how it even feels in your mouth!
Aside from a meat obsession I actually run an online London magazine, am a keen runner and adore electronic music and festivals! Although I don’t know half as much about those things 😀
