Too many sweets is definitely unhealthy! But a few sweets as a treat is fine as long as you eat right and keep fit!
I think a sweet once in a while can’t harm us. If you have a balanced diet and do exercise your body will be happy and healthy. Then, you can treat yourself at some point. Don’t forget to clean your teeth after! 😉
