• Question: How many ingredients go into ONE cracker?

      Hi,
      Some crackers have very few ingredients; just flour, oil, yeast, salt and water. Very traditional! Others can be complicated with lots of ingredients, each of which have a different role to play. It could be to add flavour, colour, make the cracker have a nice texture or even help us produce the cracker in the factory. Take a look on the back of a packet and you’ll find a list of all the ingredients.
