      Hello,
I work with a lot of people and not just engineers. The team is made up of food scientists, analytical scientists, sensory scientists, project managers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, lawyers and may more. In one project I work on over 15 people are involved, but the office has over 250.

In the lab there are a few of us. Cell biologists, material scientists, engineers, food scientists the lot!

Then outside the lab we work with chefs, experience designers, farmers plus more!

      So super diverse 🙂

I work in a small team of 6 people. who are mainly chemical engineers. The R&D community in Bournville is around 250 people and full of people from different countries and backgrounds. We have engineers (chemical, mechanical, agricultural), food scientists, nutritionists and other people in the legal and quality departments.

That’s not including the 500(ish) people in Bournville factory or the countless others around the world. It’s pretty big and sometimes hard to find out who you should be talking to.
