      I have one person who reports into me. I manage their workload and their career, but they will be given projects or work to do from a number of different people. I also ask other people in the business to do work for me if they have a specific skill or knowledge.

      I have four project engineers working for me and I also have other project managers who I manage across two other sites

      None (for now!). I’m at the bottom of the ladder but if depending what you want to do you can usually find someone to help get a project off the ground
