      The best snacks I’ve worked on are Walkers Sunbites Crispy Crackers. They’re multigrain wheat cracker with a tasty flavour like sweet chilli or cheese and chive. I figured out how to set up all the machines in our factory to mix and sheet out the dough, bake the cracker and add the seasoning flavours; we make about 1000kg per hour of them!
