I actually don’t eat that much meat at all now, I see it as sort of a treat every so often!
I always find out the source of my steak too! I think knowing where our food has come from is super important 🙂 Farmers markets are pretty awesome for milk, eggs, meat etc.
When I do eat steak I enjoy a good flat iron cut. This is the featherblade cut, and was the specialty in the steak restaurant I used to work in. It was always cheap as it requires precise butchery to keep in in tact!
Just sprinkled with some salt and black pepper. Keeping it simple 🙂
