It’s a secret!
Part of working in the food industry is that it’s really competitive. Everyone is trying to come up with the next big thing so new creations are kept secret and guarded well.
Do you have any ideas or is there something you would like to see?
My work are actually really good at taking customer feedback and passing it back to people in R&D. A lot of people get in touch to ask us to make something specific. If you have a good idea write/email/tweet the addresses on the back of your next chocolate bar!
I’m looking at what we can do with our savoury snacks (Fish & Chips). Its usually new flavours and formats and I get involved in looking at what engineering changes we need to make to our equipment to run the new formats.
