      For me it was re-launching an older product which we hadn’t made at the company for 10 years. We needed to purchase new equipment, re-trial the line, develop new packaging and commission new machinery with a deadline to be in the supermarkets for a huge new product launch.
      I learnt a lot about how we make and process products as well as how the whole line interacts from mixing products to baking and then packaging them. It was a really busy but rewarding 6 months and a time I really look back on with good memories
