• Question: Do you like leading the team?

      Yes it’s good fun. It feels good to get the whole team to work together on one task and reach a good outcome. Especially in our case when we can feel / see / hear / drive around in that outcome.

      It does have it’s challenges though. For instance, if I’m very tired on a Monday morning, I can’t just hide in the corner of the office. I have to put on a brave face and make sure everything is running smoothly!
