We most definitely do. When we come to the end of project we do something called a ‘lesson learnt’ exercise. This is where we get everyone who was involved on the project in a big room and we talk through what went well and what went not so well. For those things that didn’t go too well we try and understand what went wrong and then how we can improve it in the future. We then share this information around all the other different teams so they can learn from it too 🙂
