Question: Do you think it is important to get more people into Engineering? If so why?

It is massively important, without engineers how would there be an Iphone 7 or 8 or 9? In fact, I am struggling to think of anything that an engineer has not been involved in at some point, can you?

But on a serious note, there are some fantastic engineers working in the UK today but unfortunately so many of those engineers are approaching retirement, that is where you come in. If you can gain the skills to fill the gaps in an industry that you are interested in then you will be very likely to enjoy a long, happy career. Having fun and getting paid for it, what could be better?
