      Hi! Thanks for the question.

      I’m afraid I do very little installation work myself as I am more on the R&D side of the industry, but I do get to go out and inspect lots of installations to make sure that they are of good quality and working as well as they should be.

      But in the UK we have now installed 10GW of solar, which is approximately 870,000 individual systems.

      In January alone over 20,000 new solar PV systems were installed, the majority of which were on houses. So there are plenty for me to go and check!
