• Question: what is it like being an engineer ? is it fun? is it boring?

      Of course being an engineer is fun! You get to invent and design new things to solve people’s problems. Sure there are some bits of the job that are boring, there always are with any job, but mostly its fun, exciting and challenging. Also, the people I work with make my job fun, we go out as a team after work and do things like go-karting or bowling together.

      I agree with Sarah – being an engineer is fun! You get to solve problems that will improve the world in some way. You get to learn new things everyday. I also like the people I work with and we often have very interesting conversations!

      I think it’s really important that whatever you decide to do in life you choose it because it’s fun and enjoy it. If you find it boring then you’re probably not doing the right thing.

      So to answer your question, yes it is fun to be an engineer!
