  I don’t throw them personally…eew!
  But I did work in Defence Aerospace and they do that in turbine tests.
  I am not happy about it and I believe they now use substitutes.
  (Something there for you to research).
  
  I do feel guilty about using animals for any sort of research and testing. But tests and research can change. Engineers can influence those changes to constantly improve things and eliminate the need for animals to be involved. I hope I can play a part in that and that’s one of the things I love about engineering; we can make a real difference.
