I certainly drink a lot of coffee… probably 4-5 cups a day! Some people do need to worry about caffeine intake, for example people who get anxious or who have irregular heartbeats.
Coffee has many benefits for health, including a high content of flavanols (plant compounds) and anti-oxidants! As long as I am getting enough sleep, coffee helps my health and my mind to stay sharp on the job. 🙂
