      I started up my business in September last year but I’ve been working as an engineer since 1999.

      My company has been running since 1898, so that’s 114 years! It was started by a man called Rowland Siddall as a company that made wire and brass components for use in bed manufacture. Over the years it has evolved into a medical equipment company, but still in the same city as where it started. It is a real family business,a s it has always been run by relatives of the founder – in fact there are still several people who work here today who are descendants of Rowland Siddall himself!
      Hopefully the company will still be going for many years to come!

      My university has been working for 150 or more years!!!!!
