      I have never considered it before. The type of music I play (metal \m/) is generally not widely enjoyed on the X-Factor.
      I think that kind of thing works better for people who have talent but don’t have the means to make a career out of it (they don’t have access to a studio, recording equipment, engineers etc.)

      I prefer to write, record and mix my own music. It allows me to use my skills in engineering and signal processing as well.
