  Depends on what day you ask; if it’s a Monday at 9:00 am before I’ve had my coffee then it’s a 0 😉 Ask me 15 minutes later once I’ve drunk my coffee then it’s turned all the way up to 11! I’m very lucky that I get to do some fascinating research and then I get to take a break and do all my other teaching and outreach activities.
