Question: What is it like knowing that you create things to save peoples life

Although my research hasn’t reached that point yet, knowing that one day the technology and methods we develop here may well end up in the next generation of scanners is a most exciting prospect indeed! It’s the kind of thing that keeps me going when things get tough, knowing that one day I may help someone get a more accurate diagnosis and hence more accurate treatment.
