• Question: what would you do if a machine fails ?

      At the moment the machine isn’t available to the public, so if one failed the risk is low, we would have to resolve the problem, and change the design accordingly.

      If however a machine failed in the future once it is in use in hospitals then a very controlled process of actions would take place, the machine would be pulled out of use and investigated as quickly as possible to find the root cause of the problem. Because a machine failure would give a void result (neither positive nor negative) there is no risk to the patient, they would simply have to use a different but slower method of diagnosis.
