• Question: what/who changed your career pathway from being a doctor?

      Funny thing, when I was applying to university I applied to do medicine. Sadly I didn’t get any offers and decided to go with my backup choice (biochemical engineering). In the end I stuck with engineering because it gave me more opportunities, was more in-line with my interests from A-level, and I saw the importance of engineering to society.

      (Looking back, I had little knowledge about other courses other than medicine so it was actually my mum who first came across biochemical engineering.)
