• Question: Where do you see yourself in ten years time?

      I anticipate that I will have moved away from research and into teaching and outreach.

      My aim is to find myself into a position where I can offer input and help impact how STEM subjects are taught at school to ensure the maximum amount of students can achieve their potential as scientists and engineers.

      In 10 years time, I see myself working in a bioprocess company where I get to put the knowledge I have gained during my EngD to use. I would also like to continue with outreach activities and work towards gaining chartered engineer status.

      Hopefully I will be leading my own projects by then, perhaps leading a small technical team.
