No, but if it did happen our company has a confidential number any employee can call if he has problems at work, or sees something illegal going on, etc, so you can call without feeling you’ll get in trouble for telling on someone.
No. But it’s a very good question, workplace bullying is a big issue for many people and it often goes unaddressed as people wrongly believe adults should be able to just deal with it on their own. Most companies, including where I work, have things in place if people feel they are being bullied. If bullying did occur it would be treated very seriously.
I have a “mentor” at work – he’s another engineer who has nothing to do with my team or management. Primarily he’s there the help me develop as an engineer but if I had problems, such as with bullying, then I could go to him.
