      I affects my life a lot, cause i spend 5 full days a week at work! So it’s really important to me that a) i enjoy getting up and going to work every morning, b) my job is interesting and different every day, c) it gives me chances to do things like travel, give talks at conferences, interact with customers and other companies from different parts of the world,e tc. And i think engineering does all that for me, so it’s very important to me and it has a positive effect.

      Whatever you end up doing in life, make sure you enjoy it mate, or you’ll dread getting up in the morning!
