The most bossy? There’s a chap called Nick, he’s the big-boss of our division – although he doesn’t really boss people around!
I can make many decisions myself, but then other decisions I have to ask for advice from my managers or more experienced engineers. Sometimes none of them are able to make the decision (often if it involves lots of money!) so we have to go and speak to Nick and check that he agrees before we do something.

Definitely! I was on a course last week learning how to put my views across better. Good engineers don’t tend to boss eachother around, they listen to everyones ideas and then make decisions based on the evidence.
