  I’d ask “will this person care about your product a month after they buy it, or will it already be useless to them and in a corner”. For technical questions, i might ask things like “have you tested it to it’s breaking point? do you know the limits of what it can do?” Every good engineer should know how far his project or product can go before breaking, and have broken it himself!
