      finding completely new things is exciting! if we find anything exciting enough it could even turn up in your school text books one day 🙂

      I like to know that when I’ve measured something, I know as well as possible that the answer I’ve got is as right as it can be!

      It’s interesting because no matter how well you measure something, if you can do it better if need be – it’s a like a problem with no set solution. If i want to measure your height with a tape measure maybe i can get it to within 1 cm roughly depending on if you’re wearings shoes, have big hair etc. Given more time and better equipment i could do it better: say with a better ruler and tell you to take your socks off. Always more to be done!
