I’m not entirely certain there’ll be one! Honestly, I’m perfectly happy where I am, building things and repairing things, without having to worry about too many grown up things like management and budgets.

I’ve just gotten a promotion this year! It meant i got a bit more money, and they changed my job title by adding “higher” at the beginning, but i’m still doing the same things i did before.

At the moment I’m on a graduate training programme which is for people who’ve recently finished university. I should complete that in around 18 months time and, assuming I pass, I’ll get a promotion! Hurray!!!

Hi zoha, a promotion is when you go up a level within the business. So a promotion is a postive thing!
We have performance reviews every year where people check how you’re doing, but they’re not there to catch you out – it’s to help you improve and do your job better!
