Question: do you enjoy your job? and why

I certainly do. Day to day there can be tasks that are dull, but that’s going to be the way with pretty much any job. I take great satisfaction that throughout the course of my PhD I have made some interesting discoveries that will hopefully advance our understanding of the area that I am studying. I also enjoy that I get to do both lab based and office based work, I like the variety and it keeps it more interesting. As a PhD student I get to do teaching as well which I find really enjoyable.
