      I would say i am 75% confident. I still have moments where i need to ask for help and guidance but everyone is so supportive and encouraging that it boost my confidence and motivates me to do my best.

    Generally yes, I feel quite confident in my job but only because I’ve had a couple of years to get used to it! I do occasionally have to ask for help though, in the same way others sometimes ask me to help them. A big part of engineering is being able to work well in a team and it is the others within that team that make me feel confident in doing my job!
