      Be determined, and know what you are trying to achieve. Plus don’t give up just because you hit a difficult problem. The thing I have found is the best trait is to be humble enough to ask for help. There are so many people out there with so much knowledge, and are willing to share it. Just ask.

      Dedication and not letting things going wrong get in the way of what you want to achieve. It also helps to be able to take a step back sometimes and know when to have a break!

      Communication , determined and willing.
      You need to be able to communicate effectively , willingness to achieve and determined to deliver products/services to a high standard.
