Question: what's the most important skill to have in engineering?

i personally would say softer skills such as communication,determination and creativity are important whilst being an engineer as you need to be able to work with others effectively to get jobs done. Also being determined and having a passion for what you do generally makes you work harder and enjoy the job whilst you do it . Lastly creativity as engineers always need to be innovative and seek new processes.
