      My main objective is to get a wind turbine back in to operation generating clean electricity.

      Much of the time its cheaper to replace a component than to repair it – blades are one of the exceptions to this as they are so large and expensive. Also they are made out of a really versatile material – fibreglass – that remains really strong even after it has been repaired.
