• Question: Have you ever had to build things underwater

      No but one company I worked for used to make submarine equipment which we used to have to test first in high pressure tanks then in the sea.

      Unfortunately not yet but I met another engineer called Sam once. She used to build robots that were placed at the bottom of the north sea and maintained all the equipment. These robots were controlled from a control tower 200 miles onshore. Impressive!

      No, I work around water all of the time and regularly have to go into tunnels under water, but have never built anything under water.
