      My current one as engineering supervisor I manage all the engineers across 3 sites, it’s a challenging role but I enjoy being part of the team and getting my hands dirty and fixing machines while being part of the management team and being able to change things as I feel will help my engineers and make their life better

      My favourite project was installing an inspection system on a boat out in Korea which keeps an eye on all the bits which come out the bottom of the boat. I met some brilliant people and had some fantastic experiences doing that project
