Luckily not! Or at least not while I was working. Most of the accidents where I’ve broken bones or lost a tooth happened while I was mountain biking or doing other sports! There are a few examples of workplace related accidents on this question though:
Nothing really big: I have flipped a truck full of collegues, that didn’t go down well. I’ve been crashed into and had to carry the driver from his burning car. I was near the manchester bombing.
I worked for years as a trials manager using ships, boats, all kinds of drones, tanks, lasers, firearms and many other potentially disaterous activities. No injuries, no deaths. Win.
