  I once had to do a presentation in front of the whole company (globally) including all senior staff. It was basically to give an update on my part of the company and then I had to answer questions that could be asked by anyone. It was pretty scary presenting to be honest, and also you had to make sure all areas were covered because anyone could ask anything.
