As I’m part of the MAIT team in Oxford Space Systems ( which is mainly making things ), I spend about 60% of my day making things. The rest of the days are either helping other areas in the company or doing little side jobs, such as, college work and paperwork.
I don’t make anything, I just need to understand how the already made products works so i can teach customers how to use it and support them with any issues
As much as I want (one of the benefits of working at a start up). At the moment it’s probably around 75% though we’re about to enter another design phase for new products so then it’ll switch to 70% designing and 30% making things.
