Question: What is machine learning?

Machine learning is a type of artificial intelligence that is based on giving computers the ability to think and learn about data, and work things out without actually being directly programmed to by a human. It’s a super new field with loads of interesting things being created all the time.

Machine learning is responsible for Siri/Google etc on your phones, it’s used for self-driving cars, medical treatments, robots, and of course finding stuff out from images of our planet!
