      Working in Germany’s version of mission control, to operate a scientific payload (experiment) on the International Space Station (ISS) was an amazing experience. I helped to train the astronauts before they flew to the ISS to use the payload and then once they were on the space station, I supported them to carry out experiments. Sending commands to operate an experiment on the space station from console was also incredible.
