Yes. Where there are regions of immense gravity, time slows down. If I was to go near a black hole then time, for me, would carry on as normal but from your perspective, my time would be slow down. If I was to orbit around a black hole for a year or two (this is dependant on loads of factors I don’t want to go into!) then somehow get back to earth I would find that the earth will have advanced hundreds or thousands of years! This is assuming that I’m not killed when I’m close to the black hole. Good question!!
Time slows down a tiny bit on Earth too, because of our gravity here and the gravity of the Sun (which is much heavier). If you had a clock on Earth, then teleported away Sun, Earth and all the other planets, then the clock would run faster by 0.49 seconds per year.
